AllSpeak Messenger is a free chat program that will let you talk to people around the world.
To use it, you must register a free account with AllSpeak.com. You can do this directly from the program, just by entering a few data. Once you are done, you will be able to use the program.
This program has multimedia capabilities that will let you chat using your web camera and microphone with other users connected from any place in the world. There are many chat rooms online all the time, divided into categories. Some of them are open for everyone (marked with an A), while others are locked, and you must enter a password to access them (marked with a G). You can create your own chat rooms, and invite friends to chat using it.
